1) How does access work?

Complete the Investor Access form and you are automatically redirected to our off-market platform. There, you can review structured property opportunities presented with pricing, projections, and supporting data.

2) What does reserving a property mean?

Reservation secures the opportunity and removes it from circulation.

It confirms your intent to progress and initiates structured deal progression with our Deal Acquisition Team.

Reservation is not a legally binding commitment to purchase. Legal commitment occurs only once contracts are formally exchanged through solicitors.

Reservation does not constitute acceptance of an offer by the seller.

The reservation fee is fully refundable following further due diligence and viewing, should you decide not to proceed.

3) What happens after reservation?

Once reserved, a dedicated group chat is created with you and our Deal Acquisition Team.

From there, we coordinate:

  • Further due diligence
  • Viewing arrangements
  • Offer confirmation
  • Formal presentation to seller
  • Progression toward completion
4) Is proof of funds required?

Yes.

Proof of funds is required before any offer is formally presented to a seller.

For cash buyers, this includes confirmation of full purchase funds.

For mortgage buyers, an Agreement in Principle and proof of deposit funds are required.

This ensures transaction certainty and protects seller commitments.

5) Who handles the legal transfer?

Completion is handled through appointed solicitors in the standard legal manner.

On The Curb oversees progression to maintain clarity and efficiency between parties.

6) Do you hold investor funds?

No.

On The Curb does not hold purchase funds. All transaction funds move through appropriate legal channels.

7) Do you provide financial advice?

No.
